IRON
Originally, application of iron in building rather had decorative and practical use than structural use.
In architecture and interior, iron was used for gates and hinges, gratings, stair railings, porches etc. Concrete iron or iron reinforcement is used in construction for making structural elements with concrete. Concrete with iron reinforcement is called ferroconcrete. Concrete steel can be divided on smooth (SA) and ribbed reinforcement armature (RA).
WIRE MESH
Welded wire mesh are very widely used in construction industry: building construction (subtractions, slabs, walls, stairs), civil engineering (roads, bridges, retaining walls, tunnels), hydraulic engineering (dams, canals, collectors), for production of various types of reinforced concrete elements and similar.
BINOR GIRDERS
One of the most important products. According to construction, it is a spatial element as therefore has a certain rigidity which is required for installation.
Binor consists of two longitudinal bars at the bottom and one in the upper belt which are interconnected by diagonal bars, welded in resistance spot welding process.
BURNED WIRE
Burned wire is produced from soft annealed wire, by heating in furnace with a protective atmosphere (oxygen-free) at a temperature of 680-700 C.
During the process of annealing, steel wire changes the structure and it becomes soft and easily bendable.
Burned wire is widely used in various processes of binding and packaging, where it is not possible to apply other materials (plastic, twine.) It is widely used in the manufacturing process in the brick industry and construction.
CONSTRUCTION NAILS
Construction nails are made according to DIN 1151 standard.
According to this standard we produce variety of nails with flat head and different dimensions.
